You will be walked through each preference pairing of your MBTI Assessment results as well as your unique facets. By understanding these, you can enhance your communication style, understand career pitfalls and capitalise on your distinct personality assets.

Work with Personality
When working in a team, understanding how to get the absolute best from each member is vital. By using the MBTI Assessment and educating your team, you will learn how each person is energised, how they view conflict and decision making. We dive into communication and how each person prefers to organise their daily life. Walk away being able to quickly understand a broad overview of each of the 16 personality types.
If you choose the eight hour workshop, we dive deeper into each persons unique expression of their personality type. Often times people can experience resistance to learning about personality types as it can feel as though they are being type-cast or put in a box. In the second portion of the Work with Personality workshop, we can see how every individual expresses their type preference in a unique way.

Date with Personality
We are passionate about helping people understand each other in every aspect of their lives. This extends to romantic relationships. In Date with Personality, we help couples learn about their unique gifts and personality preferences. We explore causes for conflict in communication styles and decision making. By giving people access to a vocabulary surrounding personality preferences, we are able to help them invest and grow their relationship.
