What is the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator?
The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) was developed by an American mother-daughter duo, based on Psychologist Carl Jung’s theory of Psychological Type. They developed this psychometric tool to help people understand themselves and others. By developing a clear sense of self-awareness and awareness of others, you can reduce miscommunication, understand individual needs more effectively and help you understand personality preferences.

Through the ‘Work with Personality’ workshop you will be able to walk through the steps each team member uses to make decisions, learn how they gather information and what information they trust. You will also learn how people need to re-energise and how they prefer to organise their daily life.
